We used to go here when it was Cattlemans, and we passed it on our way home and decided to try it again. It was FIRE! My husband got burnt ends and sausage with beans. He really like it. We got 2 pizzas Buffalo chicken and meat pizza and they were really good too. There was plenty of cheese and toppings. We will go back again. Our server was the sweetest and tentative.
Love the spare tire sandwich they are huge. Ribs were good too. And the loaded tater tots are good also. Been there 4 times and will definitely go back!
Quality barbecue with generous portions. I ordered the pick 3 dinner with 3 meats and 2 sides for $19.95. I chose the brisket, pulled pork and sausage with fries and baked beans for sides. All of the meats were delicious, moist and tender. The beans were hearty and sweet. The fries were crispy and hot. Oh, and I almost forgot the slab of texas toast was excellent. If you want to share dinner there is more than enough food for two. If you want really good BBQ this is the place.
This big boy sandwich right here is known to locals as the "Spare Tire." I went ahead and tried it based on the waitresses recommendation and this thing was killer! The monster sized knife was also delightfully funny to cut into the sandwich with along with its great presentation. Overall the restaurant has a great family atmosphere and reasonable prices! Would recommend it to anyone who loves BBQ.
I stopped in for a quick dinner and had their burnt-ends. They were very tasty but could have been burnt a little more. Very good service.
Some of the best ribs I’ve ever had! It’s a nice little place, food came out fast too. I will definitely be coming back! Better than most popular BBQ places in KC
